After staying away from the spotlight for over a decade, Las Vegas-born rock band The Cab returns with a refreshed sense of purpose. Their latest album, "Chasing Crowns," is more than fans could have ever asked for and is exactly what we need to continue the year off strong in music. The 18-track project weaves together over 10 years of growth, both musically and personally from the guys. Capturing who they used to be and who they've proudly become, a beautiful journey from The Cab's true roots to their evolution as artists.

As they step back into the music scene, you can also catch them on their long-awaited headlining run — the "Back From The Dead" tour — this summer. I recently had the chance to chat with lead vocalist Alex DeLeon about the process behind "Chasing Crowns" and what this album means to him. Here's what he had to say.
