Celebrating 20 years of their hit album, "PINK," Boris got back on the road on their "Do You Remember Pink Days" at Union Transfer in Philadelphia, which was a show for the ages.

Joining Boris for some of their tour is a metal band from Los Angeles called Agriculture. With their sound being chaotic, yet beautiful, fans were jumping up and down to their amazing 40-minute set, featuring songs like "My Garden," "The Weight," and "Hallelujah." The energy and chemistry of the band were visibly present throughout, especially in lead vocalists Dan and Leah, whose vocals and screams were off the charts. Ending the set was an incredible 8-minute finale to their song, "Living Is Easy."

Although Agriculture is parting ways with Boris for the rest of their tour, they will still be playing some shows throughout the United States for the rest of the year.

Known for their diverse sound that mixes genres like shoegaze and heavy rock, the Japanese band Boris instantly became a fan favorite worldwide, especially with the release of the album "PINK" in 2005. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Boris put on a powerful and emotional show in Philadelphia.

Beginning the set with "Blackout," which led fans in suspense and high energy as Atsuo, the drummer for Boris, raised his mallet and hit the gong, echoing loudly throughout the audience. The fog machine came on as Boris began playing "Blackout," creating a cinematic-looking start.

Throughout the set, Boris performed many songs off of "PINK," like "Woman on the Screen," "Nothing Special," and "Electric," getting that mosh pit moving like crazy. Boris fans also got to listen to some songs off other albums, like "Ibitsu" from 2003's album, "Akuma No Uta," and "Interference Demon x The Evilone Which Sobs" from 2025's EP, "dronevil - example-".

The high energy and suspense throughout the show were very consistent, even during the slower parts of the songs. It felt like an intimate celebration of not just the album, but of community and music as a whole. Lots of "rock on" hand symbols were raised proudly in the air, and a large factor of that was due to the wonderful chemistry of the members of Boris with each other on stage. It was visibly present that they love what they do, and they even thanked the crowd for coming to the show a couple of times throughout the show.

With the set ending with "Farewell," fans wanted even more, so Boris came back out for an encore and performed "Feedbacker." Although the song is over ten minutes long, fans' eyes were glued to the band the entire time, and it genuinely gave me goosebumps at how beautiful it all was, from the gong hits to the guitar riffs, and everything in between.

Overall, this show was one of a kind, with Boris putting on an unforgettable performance and an excellent way to celebrate 20 years of "PINK."
