Spite Cult Motherfucker.
Ever since the release of their self-titled album back in 2016, Spite have been one of the most exciting, one of the heaviest, and one of the supported acts in deathcore. I cannot count how many bands throughout the metal world that have talked up how incredible Spite is. While I thought that 2022's Dedication To Flesh would be near impossible to top, Spite have just released New World Order and it exceeds every expectation one could possible imagine.

From demonic vocals to riffs that leave your whole body shaking to including samples before a breakdown like the glory days of deathcore, Spite truly know how to make a fun album for listeners. With features ranging from Tyler Shelton to Will Ramos to Boundaries, this is the first time in what feels like forever that I've found myself head-banging away to every song on a new a deathcore release. I simply can't even begin to choose a favorite. If I had to give to one song, I'd have to give it to the title track, "NEW WORLD KILLER", because of that beginning breakdown. Talk about a slap in the face of a breakdown that leaves your jaw on the ground.
There should be no doubt when saying that Spite is ushering in the new wave of deathcore just like Whitechapel, Suicide Silence, Carnifex, and others have done before back in the early 2000's. NEW WORLD KILLER is sure to be an album that countless new bands will cite as inspiration on their own musical journeys.
Spite are already setting out in support of Fit For A King on The Lonely God Tour alongside 156/Silence, Currents, and Make The Suffer. Tickets can be purchased at the link here.
