The Art of Atmosphere with Slow Degrade

Some bands make noise; Slow Degrade creates atmosphere. Mixing the textures of shoegaze with the heaviness of post-hardcore, they have mastered their signature sound, known as "modern heavy-gaze."

After the breakout hit “Who Will Fix Me Now?," the band has returned with “lead me down.” The song builds even further upon their sound, turning it into a more aggressive, industrial-influenced alternative metal style.

We caught up with vocalist Shane Prickett to dive into pushing the boundaries of their sound, the recent tour with Holywatr, what's ahead, and more!
