November 1st was a sunny and special day for Hannah Bahng fans, as Hannah put on an unforgettable performance at Theatre of the Living Arts in Philadelphia, PA.

Kicking off the night strong was Frances Anderson. She was formerly a child actor on "Modern Family" and is now a musician who recently released an EP, "Drown." She performed originals like "Don't Forget Me" and covers like "I Know You" by Faye Webster. Frances successfully serenaded and entertained the crowd with her lovely blend of indie-folk.

Hannah Bahng, the 21-year-old Australian indie/alternative artist, started gaining a following on YouTube in 2021, where she posted song covers and vlogs, and released her first large project, "The Abysmal EP," in 2024. Since then, Hannah has gone on her first headline tour in the same year. In 2025, Hannah released her second large project, "The Misunderstood EP," and began her second headlining tour, "The Misunderstood World Tour," in late October.
Starting the night off right, Hannah got fans moving, opening with "Oleander," "Vertigo," and "Abysmal." Happily prancing from one side of the stage to the other, Hannah kept fans engaged and hyped with her soothing vocals and excellent stage presence. Hannah made sure to utilize every last part of the stage and even incorporated 3 large glowing platforms onstage, which made for a colorful and beautiful stage design.

Halfway through the set, Hannah announced she was searching for her "Perfect Blue," and the crowd went nuts, hoping they would get picked. After some time, A young fan was picked and got to show off her outfit, and was later gifted a jacket.

Hannah had even more surprises in store for this show, as she performed an unreleased single and a cover of "Wildflower" by Billie Eilish. This show felt special, as Hannah mentioned she likes to add a rock element to her live performances to give fans a unique way to listen to her music, and it truly paid off. This set also had a perfect blend of humor as well with quite a few Philadelphia jokes, like "It's always sunny in Philadelphia," referencing the TV sitcom and, arguably a staple of any Philly show, an Eagles chant.
The set ended with more songs off her newest EP, like "In Me Again" and "raison d'être," and this show made for a wonderful experience I could not recommend enough.

Hannah still has many more shows to go on "The Misunderstood World Tour" so do yourself a favor and check out a show. You can listen to Hannah Bahng's latest EP and find her upcoming tour dates below:
