It seems like Glasswaves are suddenly everywhere. The four-piece, made up of Noah Rich, Owen Miller, Brendan Curtis, and Tyler Phouthasack, certainly know how to keep busy! Their 2025 was explosive, to say the least: they made their Warped Tour debut in June, played a few shows with elijah in July, then followed that up with a short run with Dead Eyes, and finally closed out the year with What Lies Below.

They have already been compared to the likes of heavyweights like Bad Omens and Sleep Token due to their blend of atmospheric metalcore, sometimes called “baddiecore.” And with lyrics diving headfirst into deeply emotional topics like mental health and self-worth, their music is as relatable as it is addicting.

This is definitely one of those bands that will you can be proud to say that you discovered way back when as I’m confident that it’s only a matter of time before they’re headlining massive sold-out shows.

A storm is coming — and its name is Glasswaves.
