Gathering on the Mountain: Backwoods Music Festival at Mulberry Mountain 2024
Summer is right around the corner and preparations for Backwoods Music Festival 2024 are heating up at Mulberry Mountain. The four day and four night festival nestled in the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas will be held June 6th through 9th this year.
Backwoods kicked off the countdown till June with an impressive and eclectic mix of performers. Headliners include Illenium, LSZEE (LSDREAM and CloZee collaboration), Tycho, Disco Biscuits, Jai Wolf, and Opuio. San Holo will also be giving a live performance of his album; Existential Dance Music.
Other artists bringing electric energy to the lineup include: Wreckno, Papadosio, Raddix, and Equanimous, with his use of multiple instruments that accompany his spellbinding electronic music sets. 90s innovators The Crystal Method and Rabbit in the Moon will be performing as part of their larger US tour. Rounding out the musical lineup includes up and coming bands and dj’s who battled it out to win a spot performing at Backwoods during a cross country search competition called Backroads Tour. These artists include Loop Story, known for live looping at his shows, Arkiin, Uncle Benny, Clay Doh, Taurus Terrell, Tazmayne, Birds with Teeth, Corey James Clifton, NOBE and others. Music fans will gather around 4 different stages to explore varied genres represented throughout the line up. Those beats will keep pumping from 12 pm to 2 am, then be followed by an after party till 6am for night owls and festival attendees that can't get enough soul shaking grooves.
Backwoods is an entire experience outside of the phenomenal music acts. Over 80 vendors will be on the grounds so you can find that last minute fest ‘fit or to feed those hungry bellies.
