The Revival of DROWNING POOL: An Interview with CJ Pierce

Nu-metal legends Drowning Pool have remained a household name since their inception in 1996. Their mosh pit anthem, “Bodies,” put them on the map, and is still widely played to this day. Though Drowning Pool was hit with the devastating loss of their original vocalist, Dave Williams, in 2002, they’ve had a rotating roster of vocal talent since then to keep them alive. This roster includes former vocalist Ryan McCombs, who recently rejoined them in 2023. With their lineup back in action, a major tour with Saliva on the horizon, and talks of new music, it's looking like a big year for Drowning Pool.
