The heaviest band in metalcore right now, Not Enough Space, has been making waves in the music scene for what seems like months now. From their recent collaboration with Dark Divine as well as their single, "Primitive," which arguably skyrocketed the band to the mainstream, the band has been putting in the work to ensure they are a household name in the -core scene. Not Enough Space seems not content enough with the heaviness of the -core scene so their new single, "New Age Cannibal," from their upcoming album, Weaponize Your Rage, is sure to send the masses running because it is an all around heavy track unlike anything heard this year.

Right out of the gate, the song hits the listener with a barrage of terror, as some of the nastiest chugs and riffs hit your ears, all while a hypnotic balance of spine-chilling singing and demonic screams dance on each and every note. Everyone loves a good breakdown, and if you want to talk about the power of a breakdown, look no further than "New Age Cannibal." Talk about a build-up to a jaw dropping, bone-shaking, intense breakdown. You can clearly tell that Not Enough Space is not holding back as they are proving to their peers they are a force to be reckoned with in this industry. When talking about the release, the band states:
“Our upcoming single, ‘New Age Cannibal,’ is one of our most cutthroat and experimental tracks on the album. With its dramatic flair and dark undertones, we used the setting of a post-apocalyptic vibe to express the metaphor that we know we are the young, new band, with every intention to make it to the top in a dog eat dog industry. The creative process was especially unique, as we had the opportunity to collaborate with influential producer Cameron Mizell, whose influence helped elevate the track to an entirely new level.”
