The Haunt Releases 'Poltergeist'-themed Video with "I'm Done"

Rock band The Haunt, formed in 2015 and formerly known as AnastasiaMax, consists of siblings Anastasia Grace Haunt (lead vocals) and Maxamillion Haunt (vocals, guitar, and production), along with Nat Smallish (bass), and Nick Lewert (drums). They have released 2 EP’s in that time and toured with bands Palaye Royale, The Hu, and The Struts. The quartet dropped their latest track and video today, “I’m Done”. Regarding the latest single, Maxamillion had this to say: “‘I’m Done’ is a song about being at your absolute limit with how far you’ll bend for someone. When you're in love, it’s sometimes really hard to see things clearly, especially when you're not being treated right. When you finally take a step away from the situation, you can vividly see all the things you allowed to happen and how badly they affected you.” The music video was inspired by the horror movie Poltergeist so we asked the band what their favorite horror movie is, and this is what they had to say…
Conjuring "I’ve always been fascinated with anything supernatural and paranormal. Probably because I'm a little bit psychic. So that kinda thing has always resonated with me and it’s just such an amazing movie." -Anastasia
The Ring "So, I was apparently a very scary child and my hair was long and always in my face which kinda created this weird phenomenon where everyone used to call me “The Ring." Of course I did a creepy walk to go with it and freak people out all the time. It’s just such a scary concept and it’s always been a favorite of mine." -Anastasia
Sinister "This was the movie that got me into horror. I was way too young when I watched this one and it honestly disturbed me. It actually still scares the shit out of me to this day." -Maxamillion
Scream "The OG Scream is just Slasher perfection. Everything about it is right." -Anastasia and Maxamillion
American Psycho "He’s really just a misunderstood guy and basically my dream boyfriend right up until the brutal axe murders. I'm still convinced I could fix him." -Anastasia
